Nursing Wellness visits

Sometimes you just need someone to check in on you.  Our community nurses do house calls and We’re there for you!

Whether you are feeling a little under the weather, or just want to make sure you are in top form, we can arrange for a nurse to make a visit.  Our nurse will take the time to discuss your health issues and do an overall wellness check, and you will be left with a Wellness check form summarizing your vitals and general health status.  

Our Nursing Wellness visits can include Nursing Consultation, Health teaching, UTI pre-screening, Vital signs monitoring and reporting.
